The Job
We're now looking for a IT Project & Application Manager. UniCarriers IT environment are based on Microsoft standard and we are working in a hybrid environment with Azure and local Datacentres. IT department consists of 4 hubs in Europe and you will be a part of the 28-man team. We are working with Agile approach where we iterate with business to achieve quick results. UCE IT is a part of the Global ML IT team and we have an impact on global strategy as well.
Your main job will be as an IT Project Manager (about 70%). Together with the business we will implement many strategic projects that IT will lead and will have a decisive impact on the business. You will manage 2-3 projects depending on size, plan and mobilize for future and on-going rollouts. You'll control staffing, information sharing and coordinate ways of working in the within the team. Of course you handle financial management and project reporting.
The second part of the job is Office 365 IT Application Manager. The IT Application Manager works closely together with the business system owner, IT Application Specialists, the Service Desk, Infrastructure Manager and IT delivery Manager. The main tasks are:
• Taking UCE Office 365 environment to the next level from 2013 to 2019
• Keeping track of Microsoft releases and how to implement them into UCE
• Being in charge to educate UCE superusers to share knowledge.
Your Skills:
• Experienced project manager with good people skills
• More than five years of experience of design, configuration, concepts and principles within larger applications such as ERP, CRM, PIM etc.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills in English
• Being a team player with good abilities to work individually
• Project management, certification IPMA, PMP or similar
• Documented Experience from 2 roll-out projects
• Working with Office 365 online version
It is not a demand, but we'd like to see experience in .Net development and/or experience as a Service delivery manager
