Skanska IT Nordic operates within the Nordic countries where we daily serve about 12,000 users with effective IT solutions. Right now we are focusing on the digital transformation in our industry in order to create better opportunities for easier use of IT-related services out of our construction sites.

A critical part of moving towards this is delivering successful projects, every time, and being the first choice for Skanska's IT- and business related project management. To strengthen our team we are looking for a solution-oriented Project Manager with good understanding of the IT landscape as well as Business side to complement our experienced group of about ten project managers.

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for management, planning and execution of IT- and Business related projects to success in a value-oriented manner and agile way, ensuring projects are contributing to the benefits sought. Starting-up a project is often in collaboration with the Project Orderer and owner from start to jointly create the project directive. You will estimate, agree and manage project budget and resource needs. You will manage risks and often act as the requirement lead.

Requirements
To succeed in this role we believe you are/have:

You have a minimum of 5 years of proven professional experience as a project manager
A formal project management certification such as PMI or IPMA
Good financial and resource management skills
Proven experience of formal project management methodologies, such as for example PPS
Leadership skills are natural to you and as a person you need to be a good communicator
Able to collaborate & communicate with various stakeholders and levels
Fluent in written and spoken Swedish and English
Experienced within Agile methodologies

The successful candidate is an engaging, self-motivated and courageous leader with a strong understanding of IT and business. The ability to lead in a virtual and sometimes ambiguous context is required. Understanding of change management practices, as well as ethics and risks, within the IT business are crucial. A limited amount of travelling is to be expected, varying with the needs of the project assignments.
