To achieve above goals we need an IT Project manager who will manage the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of projects according to Swedbank's Development Process. You will ensure that your projects meet the agreed objectives on time and within budget. You will communicate with stakeholders to ensure buy-in and participation as required for the success of your projects.
What you need to succeed To excel in this role, we believe that you:
Have at least 10 years of experience in project management.
Gained wide experience in driving projects toward the goal.
Work independently but you are also a team-player.
Are a problem solver, a good communicator and effective in working with stakeholders.
Have a good technical understanding for the services/products that the bank and your group delivers.
Understand the costumer need and are experienced to work near the business.
Live according to our values: open, simple, caring.
Have relevant university degree for the position.
Have a PMP or IPMA certificate or equivalent.
Are technically interested.
Are fluent in English, advantage if you speak Swedish.
We like to see that you have had experience of:
IT platforms such as Unix, Windows, Zos etc.
Have worked with upgrading, sourcing, requirements, building IT Services.
