ABOUT THE ROLE
As an IT Project Manager at Coor Group you will play a vital role in driving the successful execution of IT projects within our business. The types of projects vary from a new customer that needs to be IT onboarded, strategic projects to new system evaluations and implementations. With needs of improvement, you need to be proactive, forward-thinking professional who can navigate a dynamic environment with continuously improving processes and procedures. You will work closely with stakeholders and your department colleagues within the organization. We operate in a Pan Nordic environment, therefore contact and projects may occasionally be visited within these countries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Project Leadership: Lead and oversee IT projects from inception to completion.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and vendors to build strong relationships.
• Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project delivery remains on track.
• Resource Management: Efficiently allocate and manage project resources including budgets and personnel.
• Requirements and Quality Assurance: Collaboration with requirements quality to maintain high standards of project delivery.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance existing processes.
You will report to Head of IT Portfolio Manager. The location can be in one of our main offices in the Nordic countries and we offer a hybrid working environment.
ABOUT THE TEAM
The Coor Group IT team consists of over 60 employees, with the majority based in our Stockholm HQ but also represented in all Nordic countries. A significant portion of Coor's IT operations is outsourced to external suppliers for both infrastructure and applications, so our IT organization is composed of highly skilled leaders, project managers, solution and service managers, as well as specialists.
WE BELIEVE YOU HAVE
• Preferably bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications is meritorious.
• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, with at least 5 years in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of IT systems, curiosity about technology, and applications within the IFM sector.
• A good, clear and confident leadership with a well-developed ability to communicate in Swedish and/or English verbally and in writing.
• A good ability to communicate effectively from technical to non-technical stakeholders.
