Due to raised stakes, we are now looking for an additional team member, to help boost our success further. We are seeking a seasoned and delivery-focused project manager with a documented experience of managing both smaller and larger more complex projects.
Your everyday life As a project manager at Combination, you will be working closely with our partners, so you should be comfortable taking directives from other project managers, as well as owning and driving your own objectives. You will collaborate with our different development- and test teams, product owners and project managers both in Sweden at our office as well as abroad. To succeed in this role, it is important that you have a comprehensive approach and can take necessary discussions and decisions to drive the project forward.
The work will include
Constantly pushing the envelope for improving the project management process, and contributing to success in all endeavors through sensible decisions and macro-level prioritization.
Obtaining a technical understanding of the product
Being a driving force and authority at a strategic level
Collaborating across continents and time zones
Your profile You are an individual who is quality-conscious, organized, ambitious and well-informed on both the core principles as well as the latest trends in IT Project Management. We are looking for someone with solid experience in both traditional and agile project methodologies and who is used with working in a structured and process-oriented manner according to well-defined methods. In our projects you will take full ownership and reporting to international stakeholders. To succeed in this role we want you to have a university graduate in a relevant field. We also think that you have to be a clear and straight communicator and an easygoing person, yet with a professional demeanor.
Regardless of the path you have chosen to reach your high level of ability, we think it is important that you are humble, passionate about your profession and believe that the proof in the pudding. Communication in the workplace happens in both Swedish and English. Fluent English in speech and writing is a must.
