Do you want to be a part of building future business planning solutions where you as a Project Manager make a difference for our success?

We are now recruiting a Project Manager for challenging and fun projects at our IT department and the division Buying Office and Production Office! As a Project Manager you will work at a global IT department, with many new initiatives and projects where you have the opportunity to join at an early stage. You will have a great level of independence in your role and we expect you to act and be confident in your leadership.

You will join a delivery area responsible for IT solutions that support the planning processes within H&M's Buying Office, e.g. budget planning, assortment planning and product quantity planning. Our systems are developed in-house, based on .Net and web technologies. We have several different applications running on a shared platform. We plan and manage our work through Agile methods. During the last months we have implemented the Scaled Agile Framework method, reducing our delivery lead times significantly.

As Project Manager you will lead and secure the delivery of our projects. You have the ability to understand our business and complex environment and you are an inspiring leader who motivates your project team. In your role you will interact with many IT stakeholders as well as work closely with our business representatives.

H&M is an exciting place for an IT career! We open up at least one new store every weekday somewhere around the globe at the same time as we're expanding online. This requires a lot from our IT-solutions with fun challenges along the way! We offer a dynamic and creative work environment where we as a team grow together. As one of the world's largest fashion retailers we can offer you endless career opportunities.

• Cooperate with our IT Service Responsible, surrounding Project Managers and System Responsibles and other stakeholders, around the delivery of your project
• Responsible for implementation of IT solutions based on .Net and web technologies
• Responsible for the whole project cycle, including follow up of deliveries and hand over to maintenance

Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a social, open, communicative sales-minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism.
And your skills include:

• Minimum 2 years of experience from IT Project Management within application development, in-house developed systems
• Strong leadership skills
• Experience from conducting pre-studies
• Experience from managing projects that have integrations and cross dependencies with many parts of the organisation
• Experience from working with PPS or other project method
