Job Description
In this position, you are the IT Project Manager/Team Leader for Lindex Point-of-Sales (POS) team, consisting of six people. The POS team is responsible for the in-house development of all POS related applications. You lead the team work including for example application maintenance, development, test automation and projects and you are responsible for the overall team delivery.
You lead continuous improvement of the agile way of working, including test driven development, continuous integration and agile backlog management (Kanban).
Are you the one we are looking for?
Work experience as a IT Project Manager, where you have worked with requirement analysis and test automation
Proven leadership skills
Basic knowledge in IT software development
Work experience of an agile method (preferably Kanban)
English, both spoken and written
Meritorious: fluent Swedish, work experience from retail and Point-of-Sales
