About the job
Octapharma Corporate IT is searching for an experienced IT Project Manager with good understanding of process systems and excellent analytical skills. In your role, you will lead MES projects considering impacts and requirements to SCADA, SAPERP and LIMS systems. You will be responsible for driving and implementing MES technologies in our organization worldwide and manage the MES application once operational.
In this role you will act as a star function between our production sites on MES topics. This role includes extensive travelling across Europe. You report directly to the Manager of OctaERP Competence Center in Vienna.
Relevant background
You have a bachelor-, master- or equivalent degree in engineering. Previous MES experience and at least three years of project experience as a Project Manager, Team Lead or Coordinator, preferably from the pharmaceutical industry is of advantage.
Personal characteristics
It is important that you enjoy the dynamic and variability of a company in growth. Your English is very good written as well as spoken and you are used to working with people across borders. You are also a person with excellent analytical skills and good understanding of process systems. You actively strive for continuous improvement across our whole company while being able to have frank and open discussions regarding all aspects of the business including your own area of responsibility.
