As an IT Project Manager at BMW Northern Europe AB you will embark on the great opportunity to further develop our IT systems landscape and applications. You will take an active part in one of the biggest initiatives within BMW Group's sales environment - the Future Sales Model (FSM).
Join a dynamic and international team of IT specialists and system analysts, being responsible for a variety of local applications and technical solutions to support the Northern European sales organization of the BMW Group.
You will be the responsible project manager for the local FSM implementation in the Nordics, together with other IT teams and different internal as well as external stakeholders. Organizationally you are a part of the local IT team, responsible for providing IT solutions to support business processes in all Nordic markets and the Baltics.
Responsibilities
In this function your main responsibilities and tasks will be
Being the IT Project Lead who specifies, designs, develops, tests, and operates the IT products and services in the FSM context, ensuring their quality and availability.
Identifying the requirements for the future sales model together with stakeholders & team members and mapping them against system solutions in our landscape.
Responsibility for the development and operation of the IT products and services throughout the entire life cycle (e.g. innovation, product and requirements management, design, test, quality assurance, documentation, maintenance, operation) concerning the customers and process partner's needs.
Delivering all necessary support and assistance to the process partners in alignment with the customer orientation approach.
Delivering plan and progress on the NSC IT side, negotiating with FSM relevant IT vendors and providers in close collaboration with purchasing and business.
Qualifications
Who you are:
Desired is a couple of years in IT project management/project lead function - willing to take on the next step in your career as an IT Project Manager.
You have a good understanding of working in an agile environment together with a solid foundation of IT service management skills e.g., change- and request management (ITIL V4) as well as project models, such as PMP, Prince2 or equal.
You have general knowledge and a great interest about IT architecture, e.g. cloud solutions and interface design.
As a person you can handle a fast-paced environment and you have an eye for details without losing track of the overall picture.
You are self-driven, well structured, solution oriented and you can work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
You have strong communication skills, and are confident in dealing with senior management level.
You have a degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent field of study together with relevant professional background and practical experience.
Since we are an international organization, you are fluent in English and at least one more Scandinavian language (preferably Swedish), German is meritorious.

Further information:
The position is located at BMW's Nordic head office in Sollentuna / Silverdal. The premises are modern and include a lunch restaurant as well as access to a gym and daily workouts. As a BMW employee, you will get the opportunity to drive your own BMW or MINI on favourable terms. The position is full-time, starting immediately or by other agreement.
