Job description:
You are an experienced IT project manager fluent in both written and spoken Swedish and English. Knowledge about the company and their methods and processes is a qualification. To succeed in this position you need to be strong in building teams, cross-functional work, be communicative, show drive and initiative and be energized by challenges. The project is ongoing since a year ago and the ability to enter a well-established team is very important.
• Team player
• Deep understanding of the agile manifesto
• Establish efficient and clear routines within the project and coach the team in the agile work flow
• Coordinate the involved and affected parts of the organisation
• Measure and report the progress
• Ensure that the delivery execution is aligned and coordinated with other ongoing projects within organisation.
• Communicate the project goals and progress to the affected parts of organisation.
• Fluent in both English and Swedish
• Good knowledge of issue management systems, like JIRA or similar.
