Are you a driven and enthusiastic project manager with experience working with digitalization and IT? MultiMind is currently looking to staff an Innovation and Local Applications Manager for our client, a world renowned FMCG company located in modern office spaces in Stockholm. This is a consultancy opportunity starting as soon as possible.
About the company: Our client is a international and leading actor in the FMCG/retail industry. They produce and sell groceries used daily and loved by people around the globe. This position is located in the company's Nordic headquarters in Stockholm. The role is set in an international environment and varied work environment within a fast moving industry.
The role: The Innovation and Local Applications Manager is responsible for the daily delivery of IT services to the business. You will work effectively with the team and support your stakeholders in any IT matter.
You will be responsible for:
Business Partnering and IT Planning - Work with business stakeholders to understand Business requirements - Engage with Global IT Innovation and Service Line
IT Innovation -Being the point of contact between IT and the Business regarding IT Innovation
Legacy and Heritage Application Services - Manage all local L&H applications - Undertakes the regular reviews of L&H services - Contract management and budget management of the entire L&H portfolio.
Digital Marketing - Managing and Ensuring agencies comply with agrees company standards, local and EU legislation - Partner local brand manager, Nordica Media Director and DMS
Global IT Services - Work with Global & Local vendors in delivery of Global services where appropriate - Contribute to implementing key actions to address service improvement areas - Participate in problem management activities within area of responsibility as required to support Service Line/Operations teams in resolving problems - Work with business teams to ensure that the benefits of the existing service lines and new/updated services lines within area of responsibility are achieved
IT Costs - Compliance & DRP - Adhere to governance & compliance framework
Your profile: We a looking for a person who is used to working in complex and dynamic environments. You are analytical, structured and experienced in managing project independently.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 year's project management experience, preferably within IT projects
Quick learner
Good communicator in English. Swedish is a plus.
Academic degree, eg. in business or similar
