Your role encompasses overseeing both significant and smaller-scale projects, ensuring they align with our goals for global expansion and technological advancement. Working closely with our Solution Architect/ERP Manager and diverse teams, your responsibility extends from coordinating and leading projects to ensuring their successful completion, integral to our operational success.
This position involves comprehensive project planning and execution, along with effective stakeholder management to maintain alignment and communication throughout the project lifecycle. You will be tasked with transforming business objectives into actionable plans, managing projects to be delivered on time, within scope, and budget, all while upholding Pagero's standards of quality and efficiency.
What We're Looking For
We seek a candidate with a solid background in project management, preferably with experience in IT or software-related fields. The role demands strong leadership skills to manage diverse teams and complex project demands. Excellent communication skills are crucial, and fluency in English and Swedish is essential for effective collaboration across our global teams. We value strategic thinkers who are detail-oriented and adaptable to the dynamic requirements of a rapidly expanding organization.
This role may require occasional travel for team collaborations or system implementations. Flexibility to work outside standard business hours is necessary to accommodate international teams or critical system updates.
