EuroMaint's vision is to be the leading independent provider of maintenance services for the entire railway transport industry in the Nordic region. EuroMaint IT is a key component to achieve this vision by ensuring that EuroMaint leverages innovation and technology to develop competitive and sustainable services for both employees and clients. Currently, EuroMaint IT is undergoing a transformation of its tools and processes to become more data-driven, and they are looking for an IT Project Engineer. In this role, you will play a central part in the ongoing transformation of IT tools and processes towards a more data-driven strategy. You are expected to support multiple transformation projects and identify what the business needs, including:
• Decision support for the implementation of software services and systems to facilitate better decisions for both staff and customers.
• Collaborate and guide colleagues and stakeholders to create solutions where technology is central.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
Work tasks
• Support project managers in complex IT projects, including analyzing business needs, the procurement process, and implementing software projects from start to finish.
• Manage relationships with the business, key stakeholders, and software vendors, ensuring that business needs are effectively captured and implemented.
• Create and execute project work plans and update them as needed to meet changing needs and requirements.
• Monitor the status of actions, risks, and issues and create reports for management, presenting them alongside project managers.
• Evaluate EuroMaint's outsourced support operations to identify opportunities for insourcing and implement projects to make these changes within the organization.
VI SÖKER DIG SOM
• Has experience as a Requirement Analyst, Business Analyst, IT solutions owner, Business Consultant, or another role where you have worked project-leading in business development and have a good understanding of various software and business/ERP systems.
• Has experience in project management, working closely with the business, analyzing software vendors, and working with procurement processes.
• Has a proven successful track record of delivering strategic projects on time and within budget.
• Has good communication skills in both English and Swedish.
It is meritorious if you have
• Project management certification.
• Experience in change management in industrial companies.
