Are you looking for an international role where you will be an important part of our digital transformation?
Systemair is now recruiting an IT Production Digitalization Expert. You will have the extraordinary opportunity to shape the digital future of our plants within the Systemair Group by designing and implementing digital strategies and concepts. In doing so, you will succeed in establishing the alignment with the global smart factory initiative and be part of driving productivity and efficiency in different technical and geographical areas. You will work closely together with a strong team of experts in IT and Production.
Main duties and responsibilities will include
• In cooperation with the IT department, Group Production and others you analyze our value chain and thus continuously identify optimization potential, which you can develop with the help of digital platforms and tools
• Standardization, evaluate Best Practice, implementation and roll out of these
• Independent discussions with employees and managers within the Group to develop requirements and specifications
• Communication with external consultants and suppliers
Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelor 's degree in a relevant field; informatics, industrial engineering or manufacturing
• Experience in IT and preferably also in Manufacturing
• Experience in Project Management will be considered an advantage
• Working experience in a European environment
Personal Qualities
• Structured
• Good communication skills
• Used to working in a dynamic environment with high speed
• Taking initiatives and hold good networking skills
• Languages: excellent English, oral and written. Further language skills
are beneficial
• Drivers license B
• Must be able to travel 3-4 days a month
