We are looking for an IT Product Owner - ERP within Axis. In this position you will work closely with the core of the organization and your contribution will be very important for Axis' continued growth!
Your future Team
As an IT Product Owner for our ERP application, you will be part of our ERP & PLM applications team with responsibility for some of our core applications within Axis. We are working in a global environment and with our main corporate functions based in Lund, Sweden. Our responsibility covers the full application lifecycle including continuous improvement projects, day-to-day support and upgrades.
The role
In this role you will continuously work in close contact with the business to define our ERP roadmap both from an application as well as a technical point of view. As an IT Product Owner - ERP at Axis you will have an excellent opportunity to combine your technical understanding with your process knowledge. You will work in close contact with stakeholders within other departments within Axis, which will give you a unique opportunity to get a great understanding of our core business.
Your responsibilities will for example include:
* Manage the IFS application roadmap related to both the technical platform and application functionality
* Manage workshops together with the business and solution experts to identify improvement areas and the need for future functionality
* Manage gap analysis related to new requests and new solutions
* Manage vendor relations including agreement negotiations, license management and future needs
* Manage the work related to Information Security Management including system documentation, risk analysis, system logging etc
* Work together with our Infrastructure team with continuous improvements related to monitoring and system performance

You have experience in working with a standard ERP application. At Axis we are working with IFS, but the role doesn't require previous IFS experience - We believe that your creative ability to see similarities and build upon knowledge from other ERP applications will do the trick!
