Technogarden Engineering söker för kunds räkning en IT Process Manager Sales
Papyrus, with net sales of EUR 1,817 million in 2009, is one of Europe's leading merchants in paper, packaging and consumables. It supplies about 1.8 million tonnes of paper annually. Papyrus currently has a presence in 22 European countries and employs some 2,800 people. The Papyrus head office is located in Mölndal near Göteborg, Sweden.
Papyrus Network is the central IT-competence centre of Papyrus with responsibility for development and operations of common IT-systems and IT-services for Papyrus. This includes IT change management for supporting the development and roll-out of a global template based on SAP with the aim to establish a common set of best practice processes. Papyrus Network has 60 employees located in Mölndal (Sweden) and Ettlingen (Germany).
General description
We are looking for a motivated IT Process Manager Sales to join the IT Change Management team with location at Papyrus Network in Mölndal. IT Change Management constitutes an important bridge between business and IT and acts as support to the global business process owners in executing the global template strategy. The work is divided into process areas; Sales, Logistics, Marketing and Supply, FICO and HR. Sales is a core area for Papyrus with the ambition to be the leading paper and consumables merchant in Europe. Business is characterised by a large number of transactions where streamlined and efficient processes play an important role for the overall efficiency. Intention is to further develop our global template based on SAP and to gradually harmonise sales processes as part of strategic initiatives.
You will work in close cooperation with the global business process owner and ensure execution of the global template strategy. This includes documentation of the global template and establishment of best practices processes as part of IT system change projects across Europe. You will also play a key role in the design and development of Papyrus global template, translating business demand into high quality IT-solutions.
You are a person with solid business background from sales processing in a similar business context combined with experience from IT. You have an interest and understanding of the connection between processes and usage of IT-systems were skills in areas like e-business, field sales, CRM, back-office sales support, telemarketing and pricing are in focus. Experience from working with strategic aspects of IT-systems, e.g. specification of system concepts and evaluation of system solutions, is a must. Experience from SAP in particular is a great advantage. You will work as part of an international team of system developers and business representatives with practical experience from the sales area. It is important that you are a team player with capacity to guide the development of new capabilities.
Your work tasks
• Execution support for Global Process Owner Sales
• Documentation of processes and concepts as part global template
• Ensure a global template approach in design and development of new solutions and as part of system roll-outs
• Responsible for translating business requirements into IT demand and high quality IT-solutions
• Analyse Change Requests and prepare for decision
• Lead and coordinate international projects and pre-studies within the sales area
Your profile
• Relevant business experience from sales administration and management
• Master or Bachelor degree where theoretical knowledge can be combined with practical experience
• Experience from working with strategic aspects of IT-systems is a must. SAP knowledge is a great advantage.
• Proactive individual and a fast learner with ability to understand new business demands
• Ability to drive and lead work in an international environment
• Excellent communication skills in written and verbal English. Other languages seen as an advantage.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel
