In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
Be a part of an agile team dedicated to designing, implementing, monitoring, improving, and supporting best practise IT processes.
Collaborate with IT teams across all Swedbank to enable and support them in their daily challenges in delivering IT solutions.
Collaborate with skilled colleagues to stay updated on emerging trends and technologies.
Be a trainer and build understanding and knowledge of the IT processes and its interconnections in the organisation.
Lead improvement initiatives in improving and supporting the way of working with IT Processes and IT Service Management on an operational level.
Contribute to digitalization and automation of our IT Processes needed for the future.
Continuously develop your competences.
What is needed in this role:
Demonstrated ability to lead oneself and inspire others towards achieving goals.
Strong cooperation skills with a focus on finding solutions collaboratively.
Proven ability to work effectively within diverse teams.
Advanced skills in Excel and presentation software are beneficial.
High levels of internal drive and personal productivity.
Prior experience in IT Service Delivery and familiarity with ITSM tools is beneficial.
Familiarity with Continuous Improvement management methods and project management techniques is advantageous.
Relevant academic degree or equivalent professional experience.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken, essential for effective communication.
Ability to effectively support communication efforts aimed at various stakeholders.
Knowledge management skills and communication skills are advantageous.
Familiarity with tools, frameworks, and processes in Swedbank's technology ecosystem is a merit
