You have high motivation develop yourself and upskill as the Digital Unit matures and testing capabilities become decentralized and software testing becomes a natural part of engineering teams. As an IT Planner you have experience with one or more of the following: Environment Management, Environment Mapping, Deployment, Automation and Collaboration, Release Calendar. You have experience in ensuring test environment availability and maintenance. You have knowledge in following areas:· general knowledge of IT Architectural principles and standards. · have a good overall knowledge of all IT product capabilities and the technical frameworks in which they operate. · good knowledge of IT processes, strategy, roadmap and goals · good knowledge of planning basics (different planning perspective, who does what etc) · good knowledge of Digital Roadmap and planning year cycle · high knowledge of planning routines and tools· understanding of modern software development and testing in the future at Group Digital In addition you should have high communication and co-operation skills. You communicate in a clear and straightforward way and adapt communication according to different situations and persons. You relate well to people and build efficient networks and have a mind-set to continually improve service deliveries and ways of working, always with consumer in focus. ABOUT THE JOBIn the role as IT Planner you are responsible for the production and coordination of strategical and tactical IT infrastructure plans. You will:* Secure that service planning is aligned cross-functionally as needed, with consumer in focus. * Take ownership of planning work, providing structure and support for all users of the IT Service delivery planning process with an end to end focus. * Automate where possible and deliver according to required standards, methods and tools. * Develop and maintain the delivery plan process and drive continuous improvements within the planning area. * Secure that delivery planning information is communicated to all affected parties. Identify and analyse dependencies between deliveries. Support stakeholders in resolving conflicts & priorities.
