What you will do
At Piab we evolve automation, creating sustainable solutions for a safer and more efficient workplace in an automated world. We provide gripping skills to robots, intelligent flow to materials, and lifting power to humans. We want to improve today's world for the better. This ambition is embedded into everything we do. We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our world class IT team to work with our next generation IT infrastructure. We are a global team primarily based in Sweden and the US, with other global support resources.
Responsibilities:
· Provide second/third-line support to our global organization
• Implement/maintain asset/inventory management tool(s)
• Perform installation, configuration, and support our clients using modern client management solutions
• Implement and operate system monitoring tools to track potential issues and maintain uptime
• Onboard employees using our IAM tool
• Manage our Microsoft 365 environment which consists of OneDrive, SharePoint, Exchange, Teams, Azure AD (Active Directory), Microsoft Endpoint
• Conduct changes to improve the IT-infrastructure and determine client hardware or software requirements related to such changes
• Implement and operate system monitoring tools to track potential issues and maintain uptime
• Provide orientation, guidance, and training to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment
• Procurement of computers, accessories, phones, and mobile subscriptions
• Plan, coordinate, and implement security measures to protect data, software, and hardware
The position sits with our Piab head office, currently located in Täby, but will relocate to new premises in Danderyd, Sweden, later this year.

Skills, experience, and/or educational background:
• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in relevant areas
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint (Intune / Autopilot)
• Strong experience using Microsoft PowerShell to automate repetitive tasks
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 platform (OneDrive, SharePoint, Exchange, Teams) including Azure AD
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities
