About the role
In this role, you will be involved in supporting several parts of the organization during our digitalization, through developing, optimizing and improving our operations structure and processes. Your primary responsibility will include supporting, managing, monitoring, and evolving our IT environment which is used across offices, stores and warehouses operations world-wide.
Acne Studios is moving more and more towards the cloud, which means an increasing focus on change work, optimization of solutions and exciting business projects. In the role, you also get to take responsibility in different parts of Acne Studios business depending on needs and requirements from both business digitalization initiatives perspective and core IT Service deliverables, such as IT security, identity management, public cloud platforms such as for instance Azure or Office 365.
Work tasks
* Engage in cross-department projects
* Handle second level incident and problem management
* Analyze and monitor the hybrid cloud IT infrastructure
* Handle procurements and evaluations of new IT services and tools
* Perform hands-on and remote fixes but also to continuously work with improvement of our DevOps and cloud first & mobility first strategy that supports the business

We are looking for
You who has some knowledge within many different areas, you do not have to be an expert and there will be a lot of room for you to grow in the role. We are also looking for:
* Has some experience in working in a hybrid environment, on-premises compute as well as cloud-native compute such as Azure, AWS etc.
* Have managed and supported IT infrastructure and related services
* Knowledge within IT compute, network, and data communication solutions
* Knowledge in Microsoft products and environments
* Knowledge and experience within Microsoft Azure, Office 365, SQL, VMware services, Data communication and networking and PowerShell scripting
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken language
It 's a plus if you have knowledge within Azure DevOps tooling, ITSM tooling (like ServiceNow) and experience from working in retail and/or fashion industry.
We are looking for someone who is self-motivated with a strong ability to take own initiative to solve issues, while also being a supportive team-player.

Professionals Nord is looking for an IT Operations Specialist. You will work as a consultant through our staffing business. During the first 6 months, you work as a consultant through us and if the cooperation has worked well, you have good opportunities for continued employment with the client company.
