At IPM, you will be working with some of the brightest minds in the finance industry.

IPM is now strengthening its IT team with an IT Operations Specialist. You will be part of a team of three who work together to deliver a first class IT solution. This is an exciting role where you are part of the business in a supply critical environment. Description

As an IT Operations Specialist, you will be part of the IPM IT team responsible for the IT environment at IPM. The IT environment includes infrastructure, Office IT, third party systems and systems developed in-house. The IT team is also responsible for leading the daily IT operations and supporting the company with IT related queries.

The role is broad and your daily tasks will include morning checks, monitoring and support (shared team responsibility, in addition to basic support provided by an external provider). In a long-term perspective, there are different types of development projects, which you will have the opportunity to manage on your own and with others.

Qualifications

We think that you are a Systems engineer or have equivalent professional experience. You have experience working with management and maintenance of server and client environments, databases, Active Directory, GPOs and virtualization environments. We also think that you speak and understand Swedish and English fluently. We believe that your personal characteristics include:

• An overall understanding of IT management (preferably in the finance sector)

• Service mindedness with integrity

• Great problem solving capacity

• Cooperating well with others, both within the team and with other stakeholders

• A structured and process oriented mindset

It is preferable that you have proficiency in SharePoint, SQL Server, Microsoft Office and Front Arena, as well as programming in scripting languages such as Python and PowerShell.
