We are currently hiring an IT Operations Specialist to join our office in Uppsala, Sweden.
Viedoc has a game-changing eClinical suite that is designed to accelerate clinical trials and advance the development of drugs and medical devices by offering the latest in technology to streamline the electronic data capture process. Job description
As an IT Operations Specialist you will be an important part of keeping our systems running. The work tasks include installation and configuration of servers and services in Azure. Monitoring, system updates, release handling, troubleshooting and backup management. You will also perform internal user support in Office 365 and Azure AD with client installation and configuration. We are meticulous with our documentation so it should not come as a surprise that we spend time to keep it up to date.
You will be sharing on-call duty with the IT Ops team.
At least 3 years of experience of IT-support and administration of servers
Good knowledge of networking
Good knowledge in Azure AD and Office 365
Knowledge of PaaS and IaaS in Azure
Since the office language is English, you must be accustomed to speaking and write in English. You will report directly to Manager IT Operations.
