This exciting and challenging role will bring the technical expertise to help making technological decisions, maintaining, developing, and improving the state of the current systems and processes.
You will play an important role in terms of employees productivity, will listen to them and always have the goal of simplifying IT processes and tools for end users to be able to get the most out of it.
In this role you will:
• Team up with IT System Administrators, IT Operations Specialists and Account Managers to successfully deliver projects.
• Help maintain the Support tooling all across the Med-Ops / Customer Support organizations, positively affecting both teams productivity.
• Identify tooling deficiencies across the organization and work on implementing global solutions where possible.
• Lead discovery projects on new tooling when applicable
• Own IT systems and drive its adoption in every market.
• Identifying what problems and processes are technical issues and what are training issues and work with relevant teams to resolve them
• Identify repetitive processes and tasks that could be automated for better team and organizational efficiency, work with relevant teams to resolve issues.
