www.emric.comEmric is now looking for an IT Operations & Infrastructure Manager. As IT Operations & Infrastructure Manager you will be overall responsible for our internal IT infrastructure as well as provider management of outsourced services. We are located in Stockholm, Kalix and Belgrade and communication between the sites is critical for our business.
You will also be responsible for leading the IT team with six employees, located in Kalix and Stockholm. This means that you will be travelling to other sites occasionally. You will be reporting directly to the COO.
Main responsibilities
Manage the IT infrastructure operation for hosting and running critical customer deliveries both as SaaS and internal services.
Systems management to ensure all production systems and networks are monitored with proper alert notifications and coordinate all system owners
Cost effective management of the service desk and second line support according to SLA/OLA requirements in multiple locations
Reduce cost by adhering to standardization throughout Emric centers
Manage the internal and external network (LAN, WAN etc.) according to business requirements and SLAs
Ensure proper documentation of the IT infrastructure and IT processes
Manage the IT infrastructure budget including sourcing and procurement with reduced cost and risk
Manage the information- and physical security to protect Emric’s operational security
Understand current and future technology trends and make recommendations of solutions and standards that meet the business needs and drives improvements
Regularly report key IT performance indicators, task logs, problem management metrics, etc. to key stakeholders
Manage the disaster recovery according to internal and external customers and stakeholders
Manage and coordinate system owners and service levels

Qualifications and Personal Attributes
We are looking for someone with 5-10 years of relevant experience. Experience of global enterprise management and financial services is an advantage. You have good knowledge and evaluation skills for standardized IT platforms and purchasing IT products / services as well as provider management and documentation. We are looking for someone with knowledge of architecture at a strategic and tactical level in general and operational level in particular (mostly based on Microsoft). Your education is relevant to the position, preferably bachelor’s degree and you have experience within technical or IT oriented secondary education.
Furthermore you are a leader with communication- and technical skills. You are able to lead yourself and your team towards targets through regular follow ups in a structured way.
