Responsibilities
What awaits you?
As part of the IT-team, you will collaborate with architects, systems analysts, project managers and business stakeholders to iteratively deliver and enhance the current application portfolio as well as taking part in our mission to modernize our platform and application/service portfolio. Our offices are in Sollentuna, just outside of Stockholm City, and are modern and include a lunch restaurant as well as access to a gym and daily workouts. As a BMW employee, everyone gets the opportunity to drive their own BMW or MINI on favorable terms.

To be successful in this role, we believe that you can act hands-on with a solution-oriented mindset with experience from Cloud Migration projects. You are keen on acting hands-on in relevant scripting/programming languages and you have a great appetite to increase your knowledge and experience within the area. As the team overall works in a broad range of activities, the role also includes administrative tasks, supplier and service follow-up to ensure that all our IT-Governance processes meet defined requirements. Sounds interesting?
A couple of years' experience from Cloud environments and different cloud migration projects
Practical experience from scripting/programming in relevant languages for this position (Python, Terraform or similar)
Worked in a DevOps and agile environment
As a person you are structured and result oriented person and show the ability to self-lead and work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Relevant academic background or successfully held similar position with proven record of success
You need to be fluent in written and verbal in English
Fluency, or good knowledge, in any of the Nordic languages and/or German is meritorious
