What is expected of you in this position?

In this role you work as second line support with focus on office services and the Microsoft stack/platform. This involves troubleshooting complex cases escalated by First line, where you identify the problem and find solutions that prevents the situation from reoccurring. You also work very closely with our development team (3 rd line), requesting changes and new features that need to be developed from an operations point of view.

In addition you perform quality assurance work, for example acceptance testing of solutions before deployment and you provide documentation to the knowledge base that helps first Line to solve incidents and also user manuals.

We are looking for a team player with strong customer focus. In order to succeed in this role you need great prioritization skills and analytical ability. You enjoy going into detail, putting pieces together and finding the root cause to a problem. The fashion industry is an ever changing business and you thrive in that context and quickly adjust to new situations and changed circumstances. Since you will be in contact with many people within IT and colleagues in Lindex stores, great communication skills are key.

Qualification and experience

Relevant education within IT and work experience from a technical position within IT. Experience from support positions is qualifying as well as experience from retail. Knowledge in Office365, AD, Windows, Azure, Sccm, Powershell, Microsoft Server and Group Policies. Experience from test is also a merit. You are fluent in both Swedish and English (written and spoken).
