By applying for the IT & Strategy Talent Programme you can become 1 of 40 talents working towards that goal. Each of the 40 positions in the programme is unique and has its own specific responsibilities and challenges. This is a two-year programme with a strong focus on your development. From the outset you'll have your own development plan which will be tailored towards a role suitable for you and include building blocks with learning goals towards that target. The focus is very much on learning by doing, and together with your manager you'll select different assignments and rotations where you'll participate in real projects, and contribute to fossil free living, at the same time as you get the experience you need to boost your development.
Your role as a Graduate Analyst in Business Development
You will be part of an agile team with the mission to find new business opportunities for Vattenfall and partnerships to decarbonise entire industries and help make fossil-free living a reality. As a graduate analyst you will be doing research, perform analysis, and prepare communication and decision material.

As a Graduate Analyst in Business Development you recognize yourself in the following:
• Excellent academic record in business and/or engineering, Bachelor's degree required, Masters preferred.
• Track record of activities proving high ambitions and drive
• Work experience from Management Consultancy is preferred
• Excited to work in the energy market
• Convincing and clear in communication
• Speaking Swedish and English

Location
You will be working in the department of Corporate Business Development and the location for this position is in Stockholm, Sweden.

Application process
We welcome your application in English, including resume and cover letter. Last day to apply is April 22nd 2022. Selection period starts in April, followed by online tests and interviews in April and May. The recruitment process will be finalized around the end of May/beginning of June. The last step will be a pre-employment screening. Starting date of the IT & Strategy Talent Programme will be September 1st 2022.
