By applying for the IT & Strategy Talent Programme you can become 1 of 40 talents working towards that goal. Each of the 40 positions in the programme is unique and has its own specific responsibilities and challenges. This is a two-year programme with a strong focus on the your development. You will have an individual development plan aiming at a targeted competence profile after two years and building blocks with learning goals towards that target. As part of the programme, you can look forward to assignments/rotations aimed at giving you a chance to really get into a project and deliver value.
The individual journey you'll take on the programme will be matched to your specific skills and personality, and from the outset you'll have your own development plan.
Your role as a IT Security Expert within Nuclear IT
Your daily activities:
Develop IT security way of working
Develop and maintain platforms supporting IT Security
Perform operational/monitoring tasks within the IT Security area
Automation of the area
Support project and line organization with expertise
Who are you?
Graduate, or up to two years' work experience
Strong academic background in engineering
Passionate about technology
High security awareness
Customer centric
Keen on both learning and education colleagues
Analytical and problem solver
As an IT-security expert within Nuclear IT you recognize yourself in the following:
We believe that you have an academic degree in IT, engineering, science or mathematics and are passionate in evolving yourself in the security area. You have been working in the area for a couple of years and want to take the next step. You are fluent in English and Swedish which is the corporate and customer languages.
Further on we see that you are/have:
Experience with working in regulated areas, such as protective security act, NIS, etc.
Good understanding of Cyber Security topics and threat landscape and Cyber Security Incident Response processes
Working knowledge of cybersecurity principles, techniques and technologies
Past experience as a penetration tester and/or as a security engineer operating/managing security products in Security Operations is a plus.
Profound understanding of information technologies and architectures in combination with their respective connection to IT areas Security
Relevant IT Security certifications are plus. (e.g., CISSP, CEH, CISM, CRISC)

You are a person who loves to learn and strive to get knowledge in all layers of the security stack. You also have ability to translate complicated technical matters into simple understandable language. When getting suck you see this as a challenge and not a hinder, and problem solving is something that triggers you. You are fast learning and your interest for IT Security is not just a job for you, but a lifestyle. You are also comfortable to work independently in an team that meets more virtually than physically.
Location
You will be working in the department of Nuclear IT Solution and the location for this position is Solna, Ringhals or Forsmark.

We welcome your application in English, including resume and cover letter. Last day to apply is April 22nd. Selection period starts in April, followed by online tests and interviews in April and May. The recruitment process will be finalized around the end of May. The last step will be a pre-employment screening. Starting date of the IT & Strategy Talent Programme will be September 1st 2022.
