At BICO Group, the IT is governed based on ISO38500 IT Governance Model. At its heart the BICO Group IT Council is responsible to govern and manage IT assets that are shared with all, or part of the group companies and the group companies remain responsible for strategic governance of their own IT assets including all local IT initiatives. The BICO Group IT Council is steered by the BICO Group CIO office.
The BICO Group companies' information security is governed and managed by BICO Group CIO office and governance is based on ISO27001 information security management system best practices where the scope is all assets, i.e., people, technology and processes that belong to the group companies.
We are looking for an IT & IT Security Specialist for the BICO HQ in Gothenburg.
As part of the BICO Group CIO Office -team you will support the 14 BICO Group companies and individuals, with focus on:
Work with IT Manager and IT Security Manager.
Responsible for the daily Level 1 (BICO) and Level 2 support (BICO Group companies) and security alerts.
User management including onboarding / off-boarding.
Supporting BICO's IT systems and infrastructure (e.g., all aspects of Microsoft 365, Azure and various SaaS applications). This includes installation, updates/upgrades, patching, and applying the best practices
Implement and monitor Intune and Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance.
Project work around improvements, new solutions and onboarding new companies
Monitor network and email activities to identify issues early.
Implement, configure, and upgrade security software (Endpoint protection, MFA, MDM, VPN, DLP, Data Classification, IAM, Email Gateway Security and PAM)
Implement rules in Firewall, Switches, and Email Gateway Security.

Qualifications
Education within IT or other relevant experience.
Experience with remote support and common tools.
Practical experience in IT infrastructure (Network, Firewalls, Printers, etc.)
Practical experience in Microsoft 365 Securing and Compliance, Teams, SharePoint, Azure, and Azure AD)
Skills in SharePoint, Teams administration, Security, and privileges, PowerShell and Power Automate
Experience with endpoint deployment and Intune MDM
Good knowledge on Windows, macOS, Android and iOS.
English - professional proficiency

Recommended but not mandatory certifications:
Certificate in Network Security.
Certificate in Endpoint Protection.
Certificate in Email Security
