IT Method Developer
At MANUFACTURING you are part of a global team that makes sure that the cars we build meet the highest expectations from our customers. In our assembly and component plants all over the world, we work with lean, clean and flexible production technologies - with a firm focus on people and continuous development. As IT METHOD DEVELOPER within the group Method & IT you will be the link between the Business and IT in your area for both new developments and supporting activities. Your main responsibility is to act as a major driver in reducing lead time, increasing engineering output and securing quality assured deliverables for the Manufacturing Organisation. Your challenge is to understand the business demands and requirements and by using your competence, describe and visualise the IT delivery. You should have great social skills and like to network and share your knowledge with others.
Job profile:
• Initiate, lead and implement efficiency projects based on SharePoint-solutions
• Translate business requirements into IT-design specifications
• Develop new or enhance existing SharePoint features
• Educate and support internal employees with the implemented solutions
• Actively strive to apply continuous improvements within the area
Your profile:
• High integrity and great communication skills
• Holistic view and excellent in administration
• Motivated and dedicated
• High level in English (spoken and written)
• Deep knowledge of SharePoint and Microsoft office
• Knowledge about Teamcenter, Catia or similar applications is meritious
• Preferably work experience in the area of IT and Virtual Manufacturing
• University degree within the last 5 years (such as mechanical, automation, IT or computer science)
