hela Sverige Galderma is looking for a IT Manager at the Uppsala site in Sweden. Acting as an IT business partner for the site, she/he will lead the Uppsala local IT function and will have direct responsibility for IT operations and End-user support. In addition, the position has indirect management responsibilities for all other Corporate IT positions on site, to which she/he provides administrative supervision, mentorship and guidance through dotted-line reporting. The position of the IT Manager is a permenant position and reports to the End User Sevices Manager based in Lausanne, Switzerland.
About the role
The IT Manager is responsible for the leadership of the Uppsala IT function by:
• Working closely with site management to identify, recommend, implement and support IT solutions to respond to business needs within a GxP regulated environment
• Delivering services in the areas of IT operations, local application and infrastructure management, and end-user support, ensuring compliance with GxP requirements and/or corporate standards
• Driving the change to align the infrastructure and IT services with the corporate standards
• Managing the portfolio of IT projects for the site
• Driving the implementation of the corporate IT security framework at site level
About you
• You have an University Degree in an IT-related discipline (mandatory)
• IT professional certifications (ITIL, PMP/Prince2, CGEIT etc.) are a plus.
• You have 10+ years in IT, with at least 5 years managerial experience
• You have experience of working in a global organization.
• You have strong leadership skills and a solid IT technical background.
• You are fluent in Swedish and English, knowledge of French is a plus.
• Experience in pharmaceutical regulated environment would be a plus
