ALTEN Group is seeking to appoint an IT Manager for the Nordic organization, which consists of Sweden, Denmark and Finland with around 2000 employees. We are looking for someone with a burning interest for IT and leadership and who also wants to work operatively in an international environment.

As IT Manager for the Nordics, you will manage the local IT Infrastructure staff teams based in Sweden, Denmark and Finland, and you will report to the International CIO. The teams you manage are responsible for delivery of all IT services to the local businesses, as well as maintaining and management of all IT systems in the countries. In addition to this, the team delivers equipment and support for end-users.

Your role
Your main responsibilities as IT Manager are:
• Leading and developing the local IT Staff teams
• Manage the local IT budgets
• IT Procurement
• Manage performance measurement for the teams
• Manage, operate and support the IT infrastructure environment in the area of responsibility
• Management of all services delivered from/via Country IT according to agreed service level agreement
• Implementation of all group infrastructure standards

Your profile
To be considered for the role as IT Manager, you are required to have a University degree, preferably in Informatics, as well as 6-10 years' relevant experience of working in IT Infrastructure Service Management. You have previous experience of leading IT Service teams and you are used to working according to standard service management methods such as ITIL Foundations.

As a person, you are committed with a strong interest for building and developing efficient teams. You are a strong operative leader and an active listener with good communication skills. Furthermore, you are service oriented, proactive and autonomous. You are fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken as well as written.

The position is located at Lindholmen, Göteborg with some travelling to the Nordic countries, although not frequent.
