Information about the position
Professionals Nord is, due to Emhart Glass, looking for an IT Manager. The position refers to a recruitment which means you will be employed directly by our client company. We manage the recruitment process for Emhart Glass in form of selection, interview and presentation to the client. As IT manager at Emhart Glass you will be responsible for the IT team in Sweden, currently consisting of 7 employees. You report directly to Global IT Manager, located in Switzerland. Your team is located in Örebro and Sundsvall so the job requires travel between the sites.
Your responsibility is:
• Manage IT Team Sweden administratively, which includes time reporting, absences, salary, job descriptions, recruitment, safety, development for example
• Manage IT Sweden budget and contracts
• Lead IT projects locally and globally
• Represent IT management board for Sweden to advance and develop global IT organization, processes and strategy
• Manage and secure data integrity, security and continuity for Sweden 's manufacturing operations
We are looking for
you have solid experience from the IT field and experience as a manager, preferable of an IT team. You may have a background from either application side like ERP/PLM or client/server/networking side. You are proficient in English and Swedish.
Knowledge of IFS or other large ERP system is a plus.
