Stora Enso Nymölla mill is located 20 km east of Kristianstad in Bromölla municipality. The mill produces pulp according to the magnefite method and uncoated fine paper. Our customer base includes, for example, Europe's largest paper merchants and office products retailers and MultiCopy is our most famous product. The production capacity is 340 000 tonnes of pulp and 475 000 tonnes of fine paper. The company has about 545 employees.
Job description
We are looking for a driven and innovative IT manager for Nymölla mill. As IT Manager, you will lead a local mill IT team, that delivers local IT services including both infrastructure and mill applications. In addition, as the lead for mill digital development, you shall explore, identify and promote new technology opportunities to boost mill performance.
You will work closely with all the mill business stakeholders to ensure that IT and Digital initiatives are aligned with the business objectives and support continuous process improvements. You will also be part of division and group wide networks to drive common projects and activities and also to enhance collaboration among the different mills within the division.
To succeed in this role, it is important that you have a very good ability to prioritize both operational and longer term activities. Though you have personnel responsibility, it is important that you are passionate about leadership, communication, and are stimulated to present ideas in an inspirational way. A success factor is a very good understanding and experience of the close interaction between modern IT and industrial automation.
Qualifications
We turn to you who has a higher level degree education in IT / computer science or equivalent. You have a professional career of at least five years in relevant area and in IT infrastructure or application planning and development, as well as experience in leadership and project management. Good knowledge and proven experience in digital solutions will be an advantage.
Our group language is English and since you will have international contacts on daily bases, your English is very good in speech and in writing, your Swedish as well.
As a person, you are self-driven and analytical. You are solution-oriented and are not the one who backs off if you encounter a challenge or problem. You are service minded and have the ability to adapt your approach depending on the situation.
This is a full time employment and the working hours are daytime work.
