hela Sverige We are looking for an IT Manager to lead our Swedish IT team within Stora Enso Forest ICT & Digitalization. In this position you will report to the ICT Solutions Director, Forest ICT & Digitalization.

The position is primarily located in Falun, Sweden, but we are willing to discuss locating in other Forest Division premises in Sweden.
Responsibilities and tasks
You will, as member of Forest ICT & Digitalization management team, drive and implement jointly agreed changes to our ways of working and lead and develop the team and the way of working with IT Service Management within your responsibility area.
You, together with your team of ca 10 IT application specialists, are responsible of maintenance and development of the existing IT portfolio and provide resource and other needed support to development projects. You, with your team, understand the business strategy and needs and translate this into IT tools and solutions together with our digitalization and architecture teams.
You are responsible for the operational supplier management in your daily work, and you develop the ways of working together with our Vendor Relationships manager. You are also responsible of budgeting and follow-up of your responsibility area.
Working in close co-operation with the local business as well as part of divisional function is a key part of your responsibilities.

Requirements
We are looking for you who have a relevant university degree in IT. You have experience of working from an ITIL perspective as well as people & change management roles such as IT manager, project manager or line manager.
We put great emphasis on your personal characteristics. You have proven leadership skills, and you are experienced in leading change. You are responsive and pedagogical, with the ability to lead changes and implementations in an engaging way, in an organization with different cultures and geographical areas. As part of this, you have a long-term perspective to your approach.
Sustainability thinking is extremely important for all our leaders, and you personify our values Take the lead and Do the right. You are fluent in English and Swedish and have willingness to travel.
