To our Nordic headquarters in Växjö, we are looking for an experienced IT Administrator. In this role you are responsible for the Nordic region and a support for the Baltic countries.
The tasks of this role include:
• Coordinate and manage support issues for both the Nordic and Baltic countries.
• Lead and manage projects in the field of enhancements, upgrades, and the introduction of new technologies.
• Manage and check, among other things, leasing and license agreements, as well as other agreements within IT and telephony.
• Budget follow-up. You work for an annual budget and ensure cost-effectiveness in your IT work.
As an experienced IT Administrator, you belong to an IT team with a total of 7-8 system administrators located in England, the Czech Republic and Romania, with direct line reporting to the Director Finance and Operation in Växjö and dotted line reporting to the Regional IT Manager based in Czech Republic.

In order to succeed in the role, it is assumed that you are service-oriented and have the ability to prioritize your duties. It is important that you have previous experience with IT administration or similar administrative work, as well as knowledge about network management and installation. You are good at planning, organizing and following up so that the issues are solved efficiently. In addition, you have previous experience of belonging to a remote team and working in a larger organization.
It is also assumed that you possess excellent knowledge regarding technical management of computer hardware and software systems, and that you can manage servers, firewalls and more. Academic education is meritorious, as well as some of the Nordic languages. Swedish as a mother tongue is a prerequisite for communicating comfortably with the Swedish, Danish and Norwegian markets. Very good knowledge of English is a requirement.
