Be part of the Global IT Support Team: actively work in our infrastructure team focusing on our hybrid approach support our global teams. We are operating all over the world and have offices in over 30 countries. To strengthen and support our Global IT Infrastructure team, we are seeking a highly motivated, structured, and team-oriented Global IT Infrastructure Engineer.
What about the role?
The Global IT Infrastructure Specialist manages the group's IT infrastructure and provides support to our end users.
You will ensure the daily operation of the IT infrastructure & support service to maintain optimal uptime and functional use of all systems critical to the business.
You will be expected to build effective working relationships with key business stakeholders, suppliers, partners, and vendors.
You will also act as a first level support for our end users located in Stockholm and second level support for our users globally.
• Since you are part of the global team, quarterly travel to our offices in USA, Thailand, Europe will be necessary.
Who are you?
You have 8+ years of proven experience within IT Infrastructure support with specific knowledge in Windows Applications (Windows 10 & Windows 11). Essential knowledge in Microsoft office 365, Exchange online, Azure AD, Teams Administration, Sharepoint online, Intune MDM) and Microsoft Azure).
You have 2+ years in a Senior System/Network Administration role supporting infrastructure platforms wherein you were involved in setting up the network (LAN/WAN/VPN), VMware farm setup, Backups etc. for a new office or relocation
You have deep knowledge in Microsoft Server (AD, GPO, PowerShell, IIS, ADFS (SAML Authentication)) and integration with Microsoft Azure (Hybrid environment).
You are considered as someone who is friendly, has a positive attitude and is customer centric
You have knowledge in IT infrastructure architecture design as well Cloud Architect experience is a plus
You are a strong communicator, especially within the IT area
You are able communicate to various stake holders of potential challenges, risks and gain insights in order to resolve challenging tasks
You value teamwork and have worked in a goal orientated environment
