The Operations Team
Our internal IT is a part of our Operations team who are here to provide a platform to scale up the business long-term while keeping momentum in current operations. We want to find ways of enabling and supporting Detectify to achieve its vision and goals. With our central position in the company, Operations provides broad knowledge and serves as a cross-functional bridge for the organisation. Our ambition is to guide and influence the whole company, lead by example, and maintain a high degree of integrity. We want to simplify things and stay true by being professionals and ambassadors of Detectify.
What you'll get to do
As an IT Manager, you empower the whole organisation by ensuring their daily work is performed with the right technical equipment, tools and processes. You will continuously interact with all colleagues around the organisation, having a mind-set that makes internal IT seamless, secure, and effective. Also you will drive IT-related objectives that enable the organisation to meet our strategic goals.
You will work both independently and in collaboration with your team members and key stakeholders to ensure that the following tasks are achieved:

Evaluating IT tools and third party vendors and help implementing and configure them

Negotiate with SW and HW suppliers as well as drive these processes and policys

Be a key contributor in our work around ISO 27001 certificate

System access management
-
Onboarding and off-boarding of new/old colleagues, including driving and improving these processes from an IT point of view

Ensuring physical office equipment is meeting organisation's needs and security standards

Evaluate and implement software and hardware as needed

Handling IT tickets
Who you are
You're a person that has a collaborative and proactive mindset combined with technical skills.
You meet the following criteria

Hands on experience of driving and improving IT processes
-
Hands-on experience working with IT support
-
Hands-on experience of driving access management processes
-
Experience of asset inventory (physical and information assets)
-
Solid service mindset
-
OS provisioning knowledge
-
Network knowledge
-
IT Security knowledge and hands on experience of SSO
-
Appreciates a fast moving environment
-
Thrive working on a global scale
-
Proficient English skills both written and verbal
A plus to have:
- ISO 27001 experience
- Experience of Jira and Google workspace

Hybrid Work
This position is for the Stockholm Office. We have a really beautiful family-feeling office in Medborgarplatsen. Some days at the office are required depending on teams needs.
Unfortunately, we do not offer any relocation support for this role.
