• Be responsible for the operational and strategic agenda of IT.
• Continuously drive change projects in IT operations, with agile methods, both independently and on request.
• Operate and manage systems. Responsible for operational support for our employees.
• Be responsible for IT operations such as office environments, networks, AD, Azure, local servers etc.
• Be responsible for IT policies, supplier negotiations and contract management.
• Be responsible for budget and investments in IT infrastructure as well as supplier agreements.
• Maintain right level of IT-security.
Skills and Experiences:
• Experience as an IT Manager, where you've worked hands-on with IT support.
• Experience in Microsoft 365.
• Experience of working in a high-paced and scale-up environment.
• Knowledge of IT in an office- and R&D environment.
• High level of service in everything you do, and a great ability to understand others needs to be able to give the best possible support.
• Great communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbally and written.
• Big bonus if you also have experience from ERP-systems.
