The head office is situated in Hörby, approximately 25 minutes travel from Lund. Atos Medical started the research and development on the first voice prosthesis in 1987 under the name Provox. Throughout the years, Atos Medical has worked to develop Provox as the leading voice and pulmonary rehabilitation system on the market. At the same time, we now allocate substantial development and training resources to our activities in Ear, Nose and Throat. We are 160 employees in Hörby and about 360 in total. The goal is clear: Atos Medical shall lead the way within the entire field of ENT.As IT manager you are responsible for the IT systems within Atos Medical worldwide. You serve a global organization and you are a member of the Operation Management team and report to the Vice president Operations. The IT department, located in Hörby, has 10 employees with a wide area of competences. Atos Medical is growing and has several interesting challenges, such as improving the IT tools of our mobile sales force, further development of our business continuity planning, new storage systems, IT installations in a new facility, SAP projects and the global expansion. Our IT organization has a high ambition and an excellency vision.
Your background
You have a solid experience within the IT area, complemented with business experience. You are used to work with a sales and business perspective and are an experienced procurer of systems and services. You are an experienced leader and a good administrator and used to project oriented work. We highly value experience in SAP systems. As a person you are proactive, creative and structured with an outstanding service manner.
Overall areas of responsibility:
• Lead the strategic work and development within the IT area
• Overall IT operations
• Procurement of hardware, software and consultation services
• Budgeting, division of labor and performance monitoring
• People Management, appraisals and salary negotiations
• IT policies and procedures
