IT MANAGER
We are searching for a local IT Manager to our DEKRA company in Sweden, which is a leading player in the Industrial market and part of DEKRA SE. With approximately 600 employees on various locations in Sweden we are active in all our fields and are continuously working for increased safety - on the road, at home and at work. WHAT IS YOUR CHALLENGE? To improve and harmonise the Infrastructure and Application landscape in combination with IT Service Management, Take care of the IT alignment with local business and Global IT Strategy (think global and act local), You have experience developing the IT Department to meet the needs of the local business in combination with the Global IT Strategy, Advise the Management Directors senior on local IT Strategy to achieve business goals and objectives, The delivery of projects of difference size: in time, cost, functionality and quality, You will be leading a team of local IT professionals who you will enthuse and prepare for the transitions within our organisations and, You will be the leader of a team of five persons, located in different offices and you report to the CEO of DEKRA Sweden.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS An academic educated and have at least 5 years' experience from a leadership function, You have a broad knowledge of using Information Technology / Digitalization for business purposes, on functional and infrastructure side, Development and implementation of Information Technology projects in an international Company has no secrets for you, Operational IT experience with 'state of the art' Application Development, IT Service Management and Infrastructure Building good relationships and participate actively with the business is for you a prerequisite to be successful, You have experience with managing outsourced operations and support, You have good leadership, strong communication skills, you are analytical, results-oriented and command of the Swedish and English language, Qualify for the position is lead\drive of application development, because our main production systems are owned developed applications.
