hela Sverige We are looking for a IT Manager Sweden who contributes to Etteplan's growth and development. Main responsibilities cover developing and maintaining Etteplan's ways of working as well as deploying these ways of working in Etteplan's Swedish operations to assure that Swedish operations comply with Etteplan IT requirements.
Etteplan operates currently in Finland, Sweden, the Netherlands, Germany, Poland and in China. You will work together with our Finnish IT organization consisting of service minded and professional people. Position is preferably located in Stockholm or Västerås. The work requires travelling in Sweden and also other Etteplan's locations mainly in Europe.
The role
The main responsibilities for the IT Manager Sweden include the following areas:
• Develop and implement the company's processes, systems and ways of working
• Budget responsibility
• Lead Etteplan Sweden IT team
• Managing external suppliers and contracts
• Manage and develop Etteplan Sweden IT infrastructure
• Active cooperation with business/operations to identify new development needs
• Developing use of digital technologies with business/operations
• Supporting business/operations by deploying processes and tools in customer services.

Qualifications and Experience
• At least B.Sc or similar relevant education
• Minimum of three years' experience from a similar position with English as working language. Engineering service business experience is an advantage
• Knowledge of CAD and PDM software. Knowledge of technical documentation tools is an advantage
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365. Microsoft SharePoint experience is an advantage
• Ability to motivate and energize with positive energy and drive
• Ability to effectively apply and support others to apply systematic ways of working
• Can effectively present to large groups. Is influencing and inspiring
• Analytical and structured approach to work.
