We are looking for a driven team player in the role as IT Manager - Corporate Functions, located at SCA head office in Stockholm. The role is part of the global IT Services which is a global services partner with the purpose of adding value to SCA by delivering highly specialized IT services to all different business categories. The IT Services consists of 500 employees globally, spread across 31 countries, work in global teams to partner with the business and provide user friendly solutions and support that meets the demand of our internal customers. Business engagement and customer focus is key to our success.
The IT Manager - Corporate Functions will belong to the Enterprise Management Services organization, which is providing services to the Global network of Finance and HR organizations in 60 countries, as well as the countries using our Emerging market ERP solution and North America applications. Services delivered includes demand management, business process and application support, project delivery and vendor delivery management. As the IT Manager - Corporate Functions you will become a member of a team of 5 managers reporting to the Senior IT manager Enterprise Management services.
In this position you will be strengthen the services provided to the Group functions located in SCA head office the Waterfront Building in Stockholm which includes Group staff functions for Finance, Strategy and Business Development, Legal, Sustainability, Human Resources and Communications, as well as CEO office. Some 130 specialists work in an international environment where business processes are promoted through the global networks in the 60 countries where SCA is represented.
Main accountabilities and Responsibilities
Being the contact between Corporate functions and IT, e.g. understanding the strategy of Corporate Functions and communicating the IT strategy, collecting business demands, liaising with other IT teams and selected external vendors
Analyse and evaluate existing and new solutions and recommend improvements or new solutions that will enhance the IT delivery of the respective areas
Lead and contribute to finding and implementing effective solutions in a matrix organization
Promote and secure a service culture to deliver the services agreed
Assist in communication that involve implementing policies
Support budget building
Drive IT projects for Corporate functions
Work experience and Educational background
Comfortable having business discussions at various levels
Capacity of building and understanding the big picture
Strong written and verbal communication skills
5+ years of experience in IT
University degree preferably in IT or other relevant education is meriting
Ability to manage people over whom you have no direct authority
Project Management experience
Fluent in speaking English, Swedish an advantage
