What is the role like?
In Sigma's IT Management consulting team there is an increased need for consultants who want to work with management consulting within IT. In this role you will be employed as an expert consultant in the team, and we will find an assignment for you that matches your professional passion.
Examples of assignments can include business change, process management and process development, management consulting, organizational development, digitalization, interim manager, information security, and more.
Your background
We are looking for you with who have solid experience in the IT industry. You are used to acting as an expert and through your know-how you get IT operations to work better. Of course, you are also an ambassador who creates added value for the customer, but also for Sigma in general.
You easily move between different levels in the company, always with a strategic mindset. Your experience has given you good business understanding and you are well acquainted with seeing the business benefit for the customer, combined with a solid understanding of how IT and business interact.
We would like you to have an IT-related education but the most important thing is that you have a clear track record of relevant assignments where you as a specialist have managed to transform your experience into business benefits.
Your personal characteristics are important to us as we wish to maintain the environment that we have today. Our coworkers are characterized by a businesslike and customer oriented attitude, with an ability to quickly assimilate new information and apply it to creative solutions. You respect your colleagues and have a strong desire to share your knowledge with others while also learning from them.
