What does the role look like?
Within Nexer's consulting team West Strategy, there is an increased need for consultants who want to work with management consulting in IT. Working as a consultant suits you who are curious and enjoy a changeable everyday life. Our assignments vary between different customers, industries, scopes and tasks. Common areas in IT Management are business change, process management and process development, management consulting, organizational development, digitization, interim manager, information security, and more.
You will be part of Nexer's passionate Strategy gang. We see the exchange of experience and knowledge as an obvious part of your and your colleagues' development, through courses and certifications we help you to develop in the direction you want. Your background
We are looking for you who have solid experience in the IT industry, for example by having worked as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, with various agile roles or perhaps with Service Management. Over time, you have developed to work more strategically and you are driven to create business value. We are happy to see that you have an IT-related education, but the most important thing is that you have relevant assignments in your luggage.
You move with ease at different levels in the company, always with a strategic mindset while you are not afraid to cut in and work operationally. You are used to acting as an expert and through your knowledge make IT businesses work better. Your experience has given you a good business understanding and you are good at seeing the business benefits for the customer, combined with a solid understanding of how IT and business work together. Effective and straightforward communication is important to you, and you master both Swedish and English on a professional level. Of course, you are also an ambassador who creates added value both for the customer, as well as for Nexer in general.
