IT Maintenance Manager, R&D IT Services
About You:
We are looking for you with a genuine passion in delivering IT Solutions to the business. You have strong communication skills and can easily translate business needs into IT Solutions. You have previous worked with ITIL-processes and it is wanted that you have experience in Agile way of working.
You have an experience in application lifecycle management and you have a knowledge about IT infrastructure and Operations, project management and business analysis.
About the job:
You will be responsibility for the lifecycle management regarding R&D applications, mainly Electrical Engineering applications in CEVT. You set processes, roadmaps and maintaining the service to secure functionality. You will also be responsible to secure that the business requirement meets the IT delivery. You will drive new requests and be responsible for implementation, documentation and delivery of new IT Services.
About the assignment:
As a Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for managing direct interaction with end users and business stakeholder(s) regarding solution requirements, including both one time and runtime deliveries in application management context.
The job requires excellent solution understanding, combined with related process knowledge, solution dependencies and interfaces.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate maintenance, upgrades and configurations
- Continues improvement of way of working, supporting the business targets and visions
- Review, maintain and enhance the technical setup of the applications and environments
- Responsible for license handling regarding your applications - you work closely with SAM
- Active communicate with super users and business applications managers
- Work close with suppliers regarding issues, upgrades and licenses
- Application lifecycle management within your application area (Create and maintain SLA 's)
Competence
- Installation, implementation, trouble shooting, documentation regarding R&D Applications
- Experience in application maintenance in a Microsoft environment, technical knowledge of cloud services, integrations and database management
- Good coordinator and communicator
- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in teams in a changing environment
- Self-starter, strong personal drive with ability to prioritize
- Fluent in English and preferable Swedish or/and Chinese
- Can-do-attitude, flexible and service minded
