To succeed as IT Technician, we believe that you are confident within your IT expertise and that you have great planning skills and the ability to communicate and follow up on planned activities. It's just as easy for you to provide great technical support onsite as it is remotely. It's required that you can work independently in a structured way on tasks given, but at the same time be a person that works well within an international team environment. Your personality will be very important for the position. We see that you are a true team player who always wants to help your colleagues when in need, and that you want to contribute to a positive, pleasant, and engaging workplace!

Installations/Decommission on Cloud
Installs ladder racks and fiber raceways
Builds/Installs cages
Installs cable management/support systems to include vertical wire managers, horizontal wire managers, and patch panels
Performs intra-cage and infrastructure installations
Installs and grounds cabinets and two-post racks
Queue Management
Escalates SRs that require additional information
Testing/Troubleshooting
Conducts carrier circuit testing
Cross Connects
Installs/Tests/Modifies cross connects per SOPs and ensures proper cable management of: coax, fiber, twisted pair copper, and intra-building cross connects
Documentation/Reporting
Maintains accurate notes and records of activity fulfillment in ticketing system
