1# This assignment is for the long term, starting with 6 months contract.
2# This is Not a subcontract assignment, the candidate will be hired on a long-term contract by Technologist 365 in Sweden, Gothenburg with a monthly based salary.
3# You should be able to start immediately, You should be able to work onsite in the Gothenburg office and with the possibility of Remote.
Role:
We require a proactive IT Specialist with expertise in IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for understanding, installing, configuring, and maintaining IT infrastructure in a global company context. Your role will be integral within our Infrastructure teams, thus, excellent communication and documentation skills are vital.
Mandatory Core Competence:
VMware
Veeam Backups
Windows server
Key responsibilities:
Administer Microsoft Windows server and technologies, SQL server, Web / IIS server.
Work with Active Directory, DNS, File Services, Group Policy, and virtualization technologies.
Ensure high availability, load balancing, clustering, disaster recovery, and backups.
Understand LAN/WAN networking, firewalls, and network segmentation.
Possess intermediate security knowledge, specifically SSL / PKI.
Document configuration and operations in English.
Integrate different services across the network.
Additional skills:
Infrastructure design and integration experience.
Infrastructure architecture skills.
You will work closely with the project manager and technical leads, focusing on migrating and installing new applications and systems across various data centers.
