hela Sverige Within IT Operations and Shared Services we are looking for an IT Infrastructure Service responsible in the Area of Digital Identity and Authentication. Are you our new colleague?
Many interesting challenges around federating digital identities across domains and across cloud/on premise deployment and also in the field of IT, Information and Cybersecurity, as well as external compliancy adaptations are heading our way.
The coordination and planning of competences across projects and operations of existing services will be a key element in you constant strive for stable and performing operational environments. You will be a key player in many challenges around Identity federation and work with solution architects to ensure your services are integrated with required service levels.
You will actively drive LCM activities and Service Level compliancy work within the boundaries of our implemented ITIL processes and ways of working. Next to that you actively lead competences to run and to improve your services.

As IT Infrastructure Service responsible in the IT Operations and Shared Services team you will, together with architects and service owners, lead the work of delivering new and existing authentication mechanisms for IKEA people.
We are looking for an IT infrastructure Service Responsible with good communication and leadership skills. In this position you will work in the area of Identity and Access management in our IT Infrastructure services team with delivering and maintaining proper digital identity and authentication services. You execute on operational plans and liaise with other IT Service functions and Business stakeholders to ensure continuous development and a fit for purpose service offer.
We believe you are a person who enjoys working with many different parallel activities and always ensures that we stay on track with delivering excellent digital identity and authentication services. Your passion is to fulfil the business needs in your field of responsibility and you enjoy when knowing that the receivers of the services are satisfied.
We believe to succeed in this assignment you need experience in a service delivery function in an ITIL based IT environment. Our current services are based on ADDS/ADCS, ADFS, PKI, and Azure/AWS based Authentication. Next to that you should pose a good understanding AND appreciation of IKEA's culture and values.
