hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Derivco Sweden AB i Stockholm We are currently searching for a creative and analytical IT Infrastructure Engineer to join our friendly customer service focused IT team. You will be responsible for effective provisioning, installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems including both hardware and software across the business.
We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Infrastructure Engineer to provide support in helping install, configure and manage the following infrastructure components: VMmare Clusters, Cisco Switches, block and file storage, Wi-fi, DNS and DHCP. In addition to BAU activities you will also partake and have ownership for a number of key projects.
Day to day you will be configuring new user accounts and relevant permissions, reporting to facilitate error management, capacity planning, incident and abuse investigation.
This role will ideally suit someone with a good knowledge of infrastructure, along with managing the hardware and software lifecycle. You will be looking to join a growing software solutions provider and expand your skills further. You will also have a thirst for knowledge and a desire for continuous learning.
Your key skills:
• IT, Infrastructure and deployment knowledge
• Knowledge of ITIL framework
• Security best practices and enforcement
• A troubleshooting background
• Strong communication skills
• Providing innovative ideas utilizing existing or related technology
